How to Apply

To apply to the University of Glasgow as a freshman student, you must follow these steps:

  1. As a full-time student at the University of Glasgow, you must apply through the Universities & Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). If you are applying to Arts, Engineering, Law, Nursing, Science, or Social Sciences, you can use The Common Application. However, if you are applying to more than one UK university, the university recommends using UCAS. Applications to Dentistry, Education, Medicine, and Veterinary Medicine must be made through UCAS.
  2. Fill out the application form with your personal information and academic qualifications.
  3. Submit required documents, such as academic transcripts, financial proof, a Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, a valid visa, and more.
  4. Pay the University of Glasgow application fee, which is £25/ INR 2137 for postgraduate admission, £50/ 4,275 for MBA admission, £22/ INR 1881 with UCAS for one university, or £26.50/ INR 2266.26 for multiple University of Glasgow courses.
  5. Submit your application before the deadline.
  6. Wait for the university’s decision. If selected, you may be asked to visit the university for an interview.
